Rosing Painting & Wallcovering Contractors, Inc., is a privately held, multi-million dollar corporation founded in 1975 by Thomas B. Rosing, CEO. The company’s standard then, for Quality work, by Qualified craftsman at a fair price is still the standard today. At present, Rosing employs over 100 people including management, administrative support, and field personnel. All applicants for employment are carefully screened prior to being hired. Because we are a "Drug Free" company, all employee’s are subject to pre-hire and random drug testing. We feel these strict hiring standards have played a role in our low employee turn-over. While our client list may look like a "Who’s Who" listing of business’s from different walks of life, they all have one thing in common. Because our staff is able to do a myriad of finishes, they are able to depend on us for a "turnkey" job and eliminate the need of having multiple finishing companies work for them.

Our company enjoys a great reputation with many Atlanta area hospital and healthcare providers. We do repetitive work at those accounts mentioned above and maintain a full time office and staff at area hospitals. Working in an hospital environment is complex and offers many challenges for any contractor. Our company has adapted over the years and presently provides the flexibility needed to provide services at any time of the day or night. Our personnel have worked in every area of the hospital from the Boiler Plant to Intensive Care.

Part of our success with our maintenance accounts is drawn from our management staff. Our combined experience is over 100 years. Rosing’s policy is for management to be "hands on." Not only do we solicit your business, but we provide estimates, budgeting and overall project management, for our clients. In most instances, a work order with contacts and pertinent scope information is all that is needed to get the job done. Files are maintained by us that provide cost information, colors, and scope of work. At the end of any project a copy of our finish schedule will be provided upon request. This information will include colors, areas painted and types of paint. In many cases a color formula can also be provided.
